Maintain Quality Merchandising Standards
Communicate with drivers, account managers, supervisors and store personnel
Daily Tasks -- Service stores in market territory by building displays, stocking shelves and coolers, consolidating back rooms, properly rotating product, removing out of date product, following brand order, utilizing marketing materials ensuring product accessibility, and maintaining safety standards (Clean as you go).
Look for incremental opportunities for displays and/or improve display locations
Execution of Service -- Exceed executional standards, satisfy customer needs/wants, continuity (same face/same store), rapport, and quality reputation.
